PutMeOnAI provides a platform that helps businesses manage their online presence by distributing and synchronizing business information across 200+ directories, search engines, maps, and AI platforms. Our services include business listing management, AI visibility tracking, analytics, and related tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is successfully processed.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate business information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

8. Intellectual Property

9. Your Content

You retain ownership of the business information and content you submit through the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The Service distributes your business information to third-party directories, search engines, maps, and AI platforms. We do not control these third-party platforms and are not responsible for their actions, policies, or how they display your information. Changes made by third parties to your listings may not always reflect updates made through our Service immediately.

11. SMS Communications

  • By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from PutMeOnAI relating to our services, including account notifications, service updates, and promotional messages.
  • Message frequency may vary.
  • For assistance, reply "HELP." To opt out, reply "STOP."
  • Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • SMS consent applies only to mobile phones, not landlines.
  • We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any specific results will be achieved through use of the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PutMeOnAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PutMeOnAI and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
